2. Our current website use
Based on the current public website templates, Falcon Oaks does not actively load advertising pixels or a first-party analytics platform. The site may still use strictly necessary session, security or load-balancing technologies supplied by its hosting and application infrastructure. It also requests a Bootstrap Icons stylesheet from the jsDelivr content-delivery network, which may receive routine technical request information such as your IP address and browser details.
Development or diagnostic tools are not intended to run on the production website. If we activate analytics, embedded media, chat, advertising or other optional services, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required.
3. Categories of cookies
| Category | Purpose | Current status |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, network management, session continuity and functions required for the website to operate. | May be used; these cannot generally be disabled through a consent tool. |
| Preferences | Remember choices such as language, display or privacy settings. | No dedicated preference cookies identified in the current public templates. |
| Analytics | Help understand traffic, performance and how visitors use the site. | No active analytics tracker identified in the current public templates. |
| Marketing | Measure campaigns or personalize advertising across websites. | No active advertising tracker identified in the current public templates. |
4. Managing cookies and similar technologies
You can use your browser settings to view, block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the website to stop working correctly. Browser controls vary, so consult your browser’s help documentation.
If an on-site privacy control is presented, use it to accept, reject or revise choices for optional technologies. Your choice may be stored in a necessary cookie so the website can remember it. Clearing cookies may reset that choice.
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” or similar signals, but there is no universally accepted standard for responding to them. Where legally required and technically supported, we will respect applicable consent and opt-out signals.
5. Third parties and personal information
Third-party services may set or access their own cookies when enabled. Their practices are governed by their policies. For more information about how we handle personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our technology, providers or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and change the “Last updated” date.
